Shipping
We ship our packages with DHL. If you are not available during the day, your package will be stored at your nearest post office for 7 business days. You will find further information on the notification card that the delivery person will leave in your mailbox.

Shipping costs for shipping within Germany: €5.88 (plus VAT) unless otherwise stated.
- Model 1100, 2100: €4.62 (plus VAT)
- No shipping costs for hourly packages or training courses.
Shipping costs for shipping within the European Union (EU):
- EU delivery costs: €13.86 (plus VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times
- Delivery times in Germany: 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated
- Delivery times European Union (EU): 10 to 15 business days, unless otherwise stated
Returns
- This shop is aimed exclusively at business customers. Product liability therefore does not apply. The right of withdrawal also does not apply. However, please contact us if you ever have a problem with a shipment from us. We are sure to find a solution.
